Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Notice:
Cancellations MUST be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Same-day cancellations will result in a $50 fee.
No Call, No Show:
If you “No Call, No Show,” your card will automatically be charged a flat fee of $100. If your card is not on file, you will be required to pay $100 to rebook a new appointment.
Deposits:
Deposits are required and are non-refundable. However, deposits are transferable with a 24-hour notice.
Late Arrivals:
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment, and a $50 fee will be charged.
Final Sale Policy:
All sales are final and non-refundable. This includes products, services, gift cards, prepaid appointments, and any financing payments (Care Credit, Cherry Financing.
